Why This Track Matters

College, careers, scholarships, oh my. The journey to your child's future starts earlier than most realize. We help your kid take small, thoughtful steps now with volunteering opportunities across industries like medicine, finance, arts, and tech, so they can explore early and find their purpose.

What We Teach

College counseling, college essays, résumé building, scholarships, internships and research, industry volunteering, and hands-on opportunities like CNA and Medical Assistant exposure.

The Age-by-Age Progression

The path to college and career starts years before the applications do.

Year 1

Foundations

Ages 10–12
  • Exploring different careers and industries through talks, visits, and shadowing
  • Trying light volunteering across fields: medicine, tech, arts, business
  • Starting to notice and talk about what they genuinely enjoy doing
  • Learning basic workplace etiquette and communication
Year 2

Building

Ages 13–15
  • Drafting a first résumé and learning how to describe experience
  • Taking on junior volunteer roles or light internship exposure
  • Narrowing in on two or three fields of real interest
  • Building an early portfolio of activities, projects, and interests
Year 3

Mastery

Ages 16–18
  • Writing and refining college essays that tell an authentic story
  • Applying to scholarships, internships, and research opportunities
  • Practicing real interviews and building a résumé that reflects genuine growth
  • Exploring targeted opportunities like CNA or Medical Assistant pathways for hands-on experience
