Safety & Self Defense

Awareness, first aid, and practical self-defense skills.

Why This Track Matters

As parents, we worry. We can't be with our children every moment, but we can prepare them for dangerous situations. Whether it's an emergency, an online situation, or staying alert in everyday life, we give them the awareness and skills to take care of themselves.

What We Teach

Self-defense fundamentals, CPR and first aid, and digital safety and situational awareness.
